چکیده
A method of low-temperature liquid-phase sintering was used to prepare SrB2Si2O8 glass-ceramics in order simulate immobilization 90Sr, and the SrO–B2O3 system as a flux could avoid new impurities be introduced into solidified body. The behaviors, mechanical properties solidification behaviors were investigated. crystalline phase formed by liquid at 1223 K. Additionally, adding Ca2+ improves behavior samples. stable mineral is helpful achieve perfect effect on Sr. Sr2+ leak mainly from glass phase. Our results suggest that key resisting leaking form not only phases but also phases.

Sintering Behavior and Properties of Iron-Rich Glass-Ceramics
Iron-rich glass-ceramics were obtained by the sintering of two glass powders, labeled G1 and G2, at heating rates of 5° and 20°C/min followed by an isothermal step in the 850°–1050°C temperature interval. The sintering process was evaluated by the linear shrinkage; the closed porosity was estimated by density measurements; the structure and the morphology of the glass ceramics were observed by ...
متن کاملSintering in Nitrogen Atmosphere of Iron-Rich Glass-Ceramics
The sintering and the crystallization of two iron-rich glass compositions (45–75m powder fractions) were studied in air and nitrogen atmospheres. The phase formation was evaluated by differential thermal analysis, while the densification, by dilatometry; the crystalline phases were identified by X-ray diffraction and the structure observed by scanning electron microscopy. It was highlighted tha...
متن کاملMagnetic Glass Ceramics by Sintering of Borosilicate Glass and Inorganic Waste
Ceramics and glass ceramics based on industrial waste have been widely recognized as competitive products for building applications; however, there is a great potential for such materials with novel functionalities. In this paper, we discuss the development of magnetic sintered glass ceramics based on two iron-rich slags, coming from non-ferrous metallurgy and recycled borosilicate glass. The s...

Sintering with low frequency rf power (-50 M H z ) is a new technique with unique capabilities that has been used to sinter a variety of ceramic materials, including zirconia-toughened alumina, alumina, silicon carbide, and boron carbide. Processing with low frequencies offers many advantages compared to processing with conventional microwave frequencies (915 MHz and 2.45 GHz). Because of the l...
متن کاملDirect Laser Sintering of Ceramics
For more than one decade layer manufacturing technologies assist the development of new products. Due to a layer-wise build-up of a three-dimensional geometry, nearly every complex design is producible in a short period of time. Selective Laser Sintering is a powderbased technique to produce plastic prototypes (Rapid Prototyping) or metal mould inserts (Rapid Tooling). The laser sintering of ce...
